The not-approved and naturalised maps (pp. 40, 42) repeat counts recorded from the text. Appendix B (pp. 65-67) transcribed: donations by each of the 135 recipients, launch to end-2020 (amount per entity, count in notes; they sum to the printed 916 donations and EUR 5,319,496.05), with the recipient counts from p. 50.
