Government Decision of 30 Dec 2021 amending the programme decision (Službeni list CG 143/2021, 2 image-only pages): innovation added to the purpose; agent licences renewable three times instead of twice; new EUR 100,000 escrow payment for the Innovation Fund; listed tourism projects need a first-demand bank guarantee of 50% of the minimum investment, to be delivered within 30 days or the project is struck off; new list of documents; escrow transfer covers the new payment; programme extended to 31 Dec 2022; in force on publication.
