Government Decision of 23 Jun 2022 amending the programme decision (Službeni list CG 68/2022, 1 image-only page): project bank guarantee changed from 50% of the minimum investment to EUR 1,000,000; ministry name changed; children born after the application during the programme count as family members, with an application fee of EUR 50,000 per such child; investors may replace their guarantee within 45 days to get the old one returned; in force on publication. The child fee and the guarantee event were already in the dataset; this pass adds the guarantee amount and the 45-day window as terms.
