Rwandan Ministerial Order on nationality (Official Gazette of 25 Mar 2022, 35 pp., trilingual): documents for each ground of nationality by origin and acquisition (art. 12 for sustainable investment or activities: birth certificate, profile, residence permit, fee receipt, proof of properties, investor registration, proof of sustainable activities), application modalities, certificate contents, oath, publication, revocation, renunciation and recovery procedures, fees (FRW 5,000 by origin; FRW 10,000 by acquisition; FRW 100,000 processing; FRW 150,000 renunciation; waivers), dual-nationality declarations, commencement. This pass added 2 rules: the FRW 10,000 application fee and FRW 100,000 processing fee for nationality by acquisition, which apply to the investment ground. Out of scope and not recorded: fees and deadlines for nationality by origin, renunciation, recovery and dual-nationality declarations (not the investment route).
