Diario Oficial No. 5, Tomo 442 (9 Jan 2024), 292 pages: Decreto 918 (pp. 4-5, scanned, read by OCR) reforming art. 156 of the migration law to add naturalisation for investors and donors in government programmes (art. 156(5)), in force 8 days after publication; its recitals cite the 2019 law's publication (D.O. 75, 25 Apr 2019) and the Bitcoin Law. The rest of the issue is out of scope: other decrees, ministry resolutions incl. individual nationality grants (named private persons, not recorded), court notices, land and company edicts. No amounts or statistics. This pass added: the three residence periods restated in the reformed art. 156(1)-(3), as context rows without a programme (3 rules). The publication and entry-into-force events were already recorded.
