Slovak Act No. 187/2021 on the protection of competition (version 1 Jun 2021-29 Feb 2024, 46 pp.): prohibited agreements, dominance, mergers, procedure, inspections, fines (up to 10% of turnover), leniency (§ 51), settlement, § 53 reward for the first natural person to deliver decisive evidence of a horizontal agreement: entitlement on request once the decision is final and the fine paid (or after court review); 1% of all fines, max EUR 100,000; 50% (max EUR 10,000) if fines unpaid within 100 days; entrepreneurs and staff of earlier leniency applicants excluded; reward decision not published, no appeal; identity protected on request; Act 54/2019 does not apply; amendments to other acts; in force 1 Jun 2021.
