Land Registry 'Your Key Türkiye' page on the amount certificate (TTB): issued by GEDAŞ from a valuation report via TADEBİS under circular 2024/2 (in force 01/03/2024), sent electronically (paper TTBs not accepted), must be no more than six months old at application; transactions by public bodies, their companies and real-estate investment trusts are exempt unless the Directorate asks. Event e-7dfed7e633 already records the 2024/2 change and six-month validity; no amounts or counts. Images are site icons and logos (not stored).
