DOJ fact sheet (3 pp., Aug 2026): programme description, May 2025 expansion to four more priority areas, over 1,800 tips since launch (two years), new intake portal, eight subject areas, same award rules as 2024 (forfeiture over $1 million; 30% of first $100 million, 5% of $100-500 million; 30% presumption on first $10 million; 120-day internal-reporting window), confidentiality, exclusion of participants.
